Posted by kimster on September 26, 2008 I ride the Trail five days a week from the Mavell Rd. Trailhead. I\'ve riden from Mavell to Jackson. It is an absolute joy. Along with the beauty and peacefullness, I continue to be impressed with the diversity of the folks who use it. I\'ve seen Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, as well as us Caucasians, of all ages and socio-economic classes, alone, with families and all defying the negative sterotypes associated with each. The recent violence is tragic indeed, but I hope, and believe, the positive spirit of the Trail with prevail.
