What was made clear is that Mr. Lee had offered to apologize to the parents of the boy who received the comic in error back when the event occurred. They refused, and the case was brought to court. Your District Attorney has spent who knows how many thousands of dollars, bungled the case multiple times, had all but two of the charges dropped, bungled the case AGAIN to cause a mistrail, and eventually have the entire case dismissed, all to settle for getting Mr Lee to give an apology that he had offered to give before it all started.

Your tax dollars at work.

This has been about the most ludicrous performance by a District Attorney or County Prosecutor since Jim Garrison.

The only reason it\'s lasted this long is bacause the prosecutor couldn\'t or wouldn\'t admit that the original charges were a total and complete farcical mistake.
