| Posted by spencer brewer on February 09, 2008 We are all interested in conserving water and the long term management of this valuable resource. Let\'s hope our law makers do the right thing for the present and the future. I believe 10% is achieved using a little common sense. 20% takes a little more thinking and a 30% reduction will be painful. gray water, rain barrels and cisterns are a solution. Though gray water has some code issues, it can be safe if properly plumbed - this must be built into the code asap. Though I\'m not a proponent of big government, I think it\'s time to educate the population and the feds/state/locals can best do this. Come to the meeting in the Forum! |
