In a country where the political makeup is near 50/50 it would only take 1 person out of perhaps 100 voting twice (once for themselves, and once for a deceased registered relative) to throw the election to -either- party. This law is fair, and anyone of voting age in this country that is competent enough to vote already HAS an ID with a photo. But they don\'t have an ID with a photo of the dead relative with their picture on it (at least not legally).
