Probation revocations
State vs. Thomas McKinney 90 days Jones County Law Enforcement Center suspended upon entry to state detention center for 90-120 days. Case shall terminate upon release from detention center.
State vs. Willie Jones 90 days Jones County Law Enforcement Center suspended upon entry into a state diversion center. Upon release from diversion center defendant is returned to probation subject to original terms and conditions. Defendants time not to exceed expiration date 11/12/2011.
State vs. Robby Creech probation is revoked in full to the state penitentiary, expiration date 9/28/2010.
State vs. Justin Nobles 90 days Jones County Law Enforcement Center suspended upon entry into a state detention center for 365-450 days. Upon release from detention center defendant is returned to probation subject to original terms and conditions. Defendants time is not to exceed expiration date 8/25/2009.
State vs. Jon Cody Tribble probation is revoked to state penitentiary for two and one half years and balance is terminated. Expiration date 11/9/2010..
State vs. Dexter Dumas - 90 days Jones County Law Enforcement Center suspended upon entry into a state detention center for 90-120 days. Upon release from detention center defendant is returned to probation subject to original terms and conditions. Defendants time is not to exceed expiration date 5/1/2010.
State vs. Melissa Hoy - 90 days Jones County Law Enforcement Center suspended upon entry into a state detention center for 60-120 days. Upon release from detention center defendant is returned to probation subject to original terms and conditions. Defendants time is not to exceed expiration date 8/16/2011.
State vs. Kristi Stanovich defendant is adjudicated guilty and resentenced to eight years probation (with credit for time served) and all original fines. Defendant is to serve 270-365 days in Jones County Law Enforcement Center and may be released at discretion of sheriff. Upon release, defendant is returned to probation subject to all terms and conditions of original probation.
