William Edward Bonner
PERRY – Mr. William Edward (Ed) Bonner, 77, of Perry, died Sunday, June 15, 2008. He was born April 19, 1931 in Telfair County, Geogia. He moved to Perry in 1956 and lived there until his death in 2008.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Bowen Bonner of Perry; children, David Bonner (Kim) of Byron, Tonia Stefanko (Dr. Robert Joseph) of Reno, Nev.; Larry Bonner (Vickey) of Perry, adopted daughter, Wanda Griggers (Joe) of Griffin; 11 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 18 at 2 p.m. at Second Memorial Baptist Church, Perry, Georgia. Interment will follow in the Oakgrove Cemetery, McRae, Georgia. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Second Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund, Perry, Georgia. Vaughn Funeral Home of McRae is in charge of the arrangements.
