He was born on October 26, 1928. His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Johanna Charlotte Cook, Bonaire; children, James Mark Cook, Warner Robins, Mary Jane Thomaston, Warrenton, Renate Marie Starr, Rome, Richard Floyd Cook, Woodstock and Danny Calvin Cook, Perry.
