Chambers deployed narcotics detection canine Esso on the vehicle. The dog gave a positive alert on the car.

Jessica Nicole Brewer also was charged with the turn signal violation and possession of marijuana, less than one ounce. Chrystal Lynne Brewer also was charged with not wearing a seat belt and a child restraint violation.

On Wednesday, at 4:27 p.m., Deputy Wayne Mitchell initiated a traffic stop on Watson Boulevard for following too closely. He reportedly noticed the driver and passenger were acting extremely nervous and gave different stories about where they were coming from.
