Tractor Trailer Accident 03/16/10 Email this story to a friend The Fulton and South Fulton Fire Departments and the Twin City Ambulance Service responded to a one-vehicle automobile accident March 11, at 2:33 p.m., on the southbound on-ramp of the John C. Jones Parkway. A flat bed tractor trailer rig from West Virginia loaded with rolls of wire fencing rolled over on the ramp. The truck driver was extricated from the cab of the truck and transported via Air Evac helicopter to Jackson, Tenn. The South Fulton Police Department investigated the accident and was assisted by the Obion County Sheriffs Department. The Obion County Rescue Squad and the Tennessee Highway Patrol assisted with traffic control on the scene. (Photo by Amy Garmon)
