A truck reported stolen from Indiana was recovered Oct. 28 in Fulton, following a traffic stop.

Officer Doug Love, of the Fulton Police Department, observed a silver Chevy pickup truck, running the red light at the intersection of North Highland and Nolan Avenue.

After interviewing the driver and occupant of the truck, it was determined both subjects were entered as missing juveniles in the N.C.I.C. data base. Further investigation revealed that the truck occupied by the juveniles was entered as a stolen vehicle from the state of Indiana.

Each juvenile was charged with first degree Possession of Controlled Substance; and Receiving Stolen Property Over $300. The juveniles were placed in custody and transported to the Juvenile Detention Facility in Paducah.

Officer Love was assisted by Sgt. James R. Buckingham.
