Residential shooting investigated

An investigation began Oct. 26, after Fulton Police responded to a residence regarding shooting into the house.

At approximately 11 p.m., Fulton Commissioner Mike Farmer reported to the Fulton Police Department he had received damage to the front door of his residence. Upon closer inspection it was determined that several shots had been fired into his home.

Farmer and an undisclosed member of his family were present at the time of the shooting.

Chief Terry Powell, Det. Sgt. Stephen Williams, Officers Johnny Smith and Brandon Marbry processed the scene.

The unknown perpetrator(s) face two charges for Wanton Endangerment first degree. Officers have since received follow-up information regarding the case.

The Fulton Police Department is requesting anyone with any information about this crime contact either Chief Powell or Det. Sgt. Williams at 472-3141.
