Rosa Halliburton of Dyersburg, Tenn., died Oct. 28, at Regional Hospital of Jackson, Jackson, Tenn. She was 78.
Services were Nov. 2 at Cleaves Temple C.M.E. Church in Halls, Tenn., with Rev. Louis Hudson officiating. Burial was in Old Chapel Cemetery in Halls, Tenn. Thompson’s Mortuary of Ripley, Tenn. was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include four daughters, Hilda Washington, Halls, Tenn., Cheryl Ward, Ursula King and Willie Quinn all of Dyersburg, Tenn.; six sons, Louis McPherson, Kenneth Ward, David and Jessie Halliburton all of Dyersburg, Tenn., Darrin Ward of St. Clairesville, Ohio, Jackie Halliburton of Nashville, Tenn.; one sister, Lucille Smith of Alliance, Ohio; two brothers, Earl C. Thurmond of Alliance, Ohio, and Joseph Thermond of Decatur, Ill.
She was a homemaker.
