Fire destroys house 06/23/09 Email this story to a friend BLAZE DESTROYS HOUSE – The former Mac and Fay’s Flower Shop, located at the corner of Smith Street and Broadway in South Fulton, was destroyed by fire July 17. The South Fulton Fire Department responded to the scene at 5 a.m. and requested aid from the Fulton and Union City, Tenn. fire departments. The structure was a complete loss, and the cause of the blaze is under investigation. Firefighters were on scene for about seven hours. The house is owned by Bill Laws.
