Michael Craddock, Jr., who led Fulton County, Obion County and Kentucky State Police on a man-hunt in Hickman March 6 was one of 15 indicted during Fulton County’s Grand Jury proceedings, April 23. Craddock was indicted with the following charges: Fleeing and Evading Police, 1st Degree (motor vehicle); Fleeing and Evading Police, 2nd Degree (on foot); Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon; Drug Paraphernalia, 1st Offense; Tampering with Physical Evidence; Receiving Stolen Property, over $300; and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree: Others indicted include: • Maurice Thorpe: No person shall have more than one Operator’s License; Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, namely Cocaine; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 1st Offense; Possession of Marijuana; and Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree. • Sean Guthrie: Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, namely Methamphetamine; Tampering with Physical Evidence; Fleeing or Evading Police, 2nd Degree (on foot); Resisting Arrest; Disorderly Conduct; and Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree. • Dominique Harris: Burglary in the 3rd Degree; Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree; Fleeing and Evading Police, 2nd Degree (on foot); and Resisting Arrest. • Christopher Tacker: Failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree. • Quelo Z. Hogue: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st Offense, with Aggravating Circumstances; Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance; Promoting contraband, 1st Degree; and Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree. • Resa Catherine Fogle: Theft By Unlawful Taking, over $300. • Gary Ray Latham: Burglary, 3rd Degree; Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary, 3rd Degree; Possession of Burglar’s Tools; Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. All Others; Theft By Unlawful Taking, Over $300; Theft of a Controlled Substance; Burglary in the 2nd Degree; and Fleeing and Evading Police, 2nd Degree (on foot). • Casey Shane McClanahan: Burglary, 3rd Degree; Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary, 3rd Degree; Theft By Unlawful Taking/Disp. All Others; Theft By Unlawful Taking, Over $300; Theft of a Controlled Substance; and Burglary in the 2nd Degree. • David Shehorn: Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Violation; Operating on a Suspended License; Controlled Substance not in Original Container; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 1st Offense; Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, namely Methamphetamine; Operating a Motor Vehicle under the influence, 1st Degree; and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree. • Jamaal Freeman: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 1st Degree and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, namely Cocaine. • William Hampton: Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, namely Cocaine; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 1st Offense; No tail lamps, Violation; and Failure to wear seatbelt, Violation. • Brian Haynes: Speeding Violation, Fleeing and Evading Police, 1st Degree; Reckless Driving, Violation; Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree; Operating on a Suspended License; Failure of Non-owner Operator to maintain required insurance, 2nd Offense; Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree. • Robin Byars: Bail Jumping, 1st Degree. • Eric Gardner; Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8 ounces, 1st Degree; Trafficking in a Controlled Substance within 1,000 yards of a school; and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree.
