Scott Charles Boyd 02/25/09 Email this story to a friend Scott Charles Boyd, a resident of Mayfield, and formerly of Fulton and South Fulton, died Feb. 18 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center, Mayfield. He was 45. Services were Feb. 20 at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, with burial in Cuba Cemetery in Cuba. Bro. Will Sweeney officiated. Hornbeak Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements. Survivors include three-half sisters, Zadonna Rial of Greenfield, Tenn., Ranice Jane Charlton of Wingo, and Margaret Lawrence of Fulton; two half-brothers, Phillip Shelton of Union City, Tenn., and John Wayne Boyd of South Fulton; six nieces and five nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Hattie Lou Cochrum Shelton Boyd. He was born Sept. 8, 1963 in Graves County. He was an employee of J. U.
