Margaree Work Szymkowski, a resident of Ocala, Fla., formerly of this area, died June 6, in Florida. She was 85.

Memorial graveside services were June 14, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dukedom, Tenn.

Survivors include her husband, Bruno Szymkowski of Grand Blanc, Mich.; a son, Ted Work of Dracula, Ga.; a grandson, Randy Work of Dracula, Ga.; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lyndol Work; and her parents, Gordie Mae and Walter Terrell. Born Jan. 12, 1920, in Weakley County, Tenn., she had been a supervisor of the admitting office at the William Beamont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich. for several years.

She had lived in Madison Heights, Mich. before retiring to Ocala, Fla., where she had been a resident for the past 25 years.
