Governor Mark Sanford is joining MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Driving in support of the election day referendum that will do away with minibottles in South Carolina. Those in favor of changing the consitutional mandate on minibottles say it'll make alchoholic drinks weaker and our roads safer.
