Armstrong Williams says his parents made him go to church when he was growing up in Marion County. The syndicated columnist was back home in South Carolina Thursday addressing the annual banquet of the Palmetto Family Council. Williams laments that these days too many kids are manipulative and the parents give in. He says the family is the bedrock of society and that kids need to be honoring their father and mother as the bible commands.
