A Christian newspaper columnist is calling for stricter surveillance of Arabs and Muslims entering the United States.

Cal Thomas told the Associated Press the current policy against racial profiling is making America less secure.

Thomas says much of the world's terrorism can be linked to Muslims' lack of assurance that they'll go to Heaven when they die. He says Muslims are taught that Allah will weigh their good and evil deeds, with death in a holy war their only guaranteed "ticket to Heaven."
