Conservatives convinced the Republican leadership not to invite Britney Spears to the just-concluded Republican National Convention. And that suits Christian entertainer and political activist Pat Boone just fine.

Boone says even though Spears tries to come off as a "fine, moral, upstanding, church-going girl," she "appears with no clothes." He also says she performs like an animal.

Boone also predicts that the upcoming anti-Bush tour with Bruce Springsteen is going to fail because fans just listen to the music and still don't register to vote.

A friend of Boone, former rock singer Alice Cooper says no one should look to rock stars for political advice, because all rock stars are "morons." Boone agrees.
