A day-care worker in Lexington was arrested for allegedly squirting hand soap in a four-year-old boy's mouth to punish him. Police say Angelica Strickland, 41, was angry with the child for spitting at Gateway Academy Child Development Center. But Strickland told officers she accidentally had soap on her hands.
