South Carolina's light brushes with hurricanes and tropical storms this season has Governor Mark Sanford concerned. So far Alex, Bonnie, Charlie and Gaston have had some impact on our state. But Sanford is worried that people will become complacent and decide to ride out a major storm when they should evacuate. Sanford's concern may soon be tested. Forecasters say powerful Hurricane Frances may be near the coast of the southeastern U.S. in a week.
