As the midlands town of Great Falls continues to fight a lawsuit that would prohibit the town council from praying in Jesus' name, a school board in Delaware has stopped praying in Jesus' name.

The Delaware A.C.L.U. had threatened to sue the Indian River School Board if its members continued to pray before monthly meetings. The school board did dare to pray again, but left out Jesus' name.

The director of the Delaware A.C.L.U. calls that "a step in the right direction," but hasn't ruled out pursuing the lawsuit.
