It's a parent's nightmare. Your child gets on the wrong school bus and gets off in a strange neighborhood. Shonda Johnson of Columbia got a call last week from someone who found her 6-year-old daughter wandering around an apartment complex. Johnson says there ought to be safeguards so such things don't happen. School officials say mix-ups are not uncommon during the first few days of school when bus rosters have not been finalized.
