Some prominent Evangelical Christians are being snubbed by the Republicans. Not invited to The Republican National Convention this year: Franklin Graham, Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson.

Robertson believes the GOP is deliberately keeping him and other evangelicals away. Analysts say the move likely reflects a Republican desire to sideline those some consider polarizing supporters during a tight presidential race.

But Christian singer Michael W. Smith has been invited to perform. Smith is a personal friend of President Bush.
