Do you understand the whole issue about the use of minibottles in South Carolina? A lot of people don't, even though there is a referendum on the ballot this November regarding their continued use in alcoholic drinks served in bars and restaurants.

To help make things clear, The Constitutional Ballot Commission has OK'd an explanation of the issue that will appear along with the referendum question on the ballot.

South Carolina is the only state that requires liquor be served from 1.7 ounce minibottles like those used by airlines.
