MISS TUCK
Mr. and Mrs. Willard Anthony Tuck of Cedartown announce the engagement of their daughter Rachel Amanda Tuck to Edward Childs Graves III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Childs Graves Jr. of Cedartown. Miss Tuck is a 2004 graduate of Cedartown High School and a 2008 graduate from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Family and Consumer Science degree in child and family development. She attends the University of West Georgia in Carrollton pursuing her master’s degree in special education. She is employed by the Cedartown First United Methodist Church. The bride-elect is the sister of Willard Amos Tuck and Rebekah Anne Tuck, both of Cedartown. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Martin of Griffin, Barbara Hopper Martin and Mrs. H.T. Tater Tuck, all of Cedartown and the late Mr. H.T. Tuck. Graves is a 2000 graduate of Cedartown High School and a 2005 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education. He is employed by the Cedartown Insurance Agency. The groom-elect is the brother of Ahren Graves Lee and Rena Graves Roper, both of Cedartown. He is the grandson of Mrs. Billy K. Ahrens of Gainesville, Mrs. Edward Childs Graves Sr. of Cedartown and the late Edward Childs Sr. The wedding ceremony is planned for Saturday, May 30, 2009, at the First United Methodist Church of Cedartown. A reception will be held at the Cherokee Golf and Country Club. Invitations will be sent.
