A Chattooga County man was arrested Tuesday on warrants accusing him of forging vehicle title documents.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Joseph John Lollie, 56, of 4477 East Broomtown Road, in Trion, was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies around 10:30 a.m. He was charged with felony first-degree forgery after police say in December 2008, Lollie “presented a forged power of attorney that he notarized and ordered a replacement title for a vehicle.”
