| ‘Hard Time’ episode detailing Hays breakout airs tonight |

The National Geographic Channel series “Hard Time” has for the past several weeks documented life at Hays State Prison in Chattooga County. Tonight’s finale, which airs at 9 p.m., shows the aftermath of an escape from the prison.
In October, prisoners Johnny Mack Brown and Michael Tweedel escaped from the prison. According to the National Geographic Channel Web site, tonight’s episode — called “Breakout” — will follow the manhunt for the escaped convicts. “Inmates go into lockdown, tactical squads assemble and K-9 units scour the countryside looking for clues,” the Web site says.
Brown and Tweedell both were recaptured.
