More police reports: Disorderly conduct leads to jail

A Rome man was in jail Friday night for violating probation in connection with making terroristic threats.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Arthur Banks McGowan, 46, of 619 C N. Avery Road, violated probation when he was charged with disorderly conduct earlier this week in Polk County and also by not entering and completing a state-certified anger management program, a condition of his probation.

No bail is set.

A Plainville woman was in Floyd County Jail Friday night for violating probation in connection with possession of methamphetamine.

According to jail records:

Rhonda Lynne Wynn, 45, of 139 B Scott Lake Road tested positive for methamphetamine at the Day Reporting Center.
