Deputies charge Taylorsville woman with theft of $50,000
A Taylorsville woman is being held in the Bartow County Jail on theft charges. According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, Carrie Jane Evans, 23, of Corson Trail was charged Tuesday with felony theft by taking. According to the jail intake report for Tuesday, she also faces charges of false reports under the Family Violence act and making a false report of a crime.
