Police seek author of note detailing Sheftall's murder 11/20/08 Email this story to a friend From the Macon Telegraph By Amy Leigh Womack A handwritten note left on an unmarked police car parked at City Hall on Oct. 10 contains detailed information about the murder of Waldo Sheftall, according to Macon police. Capt. Jimmy Barbee said detectives are viewing the note, left exactly one year after the prominent Macon businessman's killing, as credible and have already followed up on much of the information it contains.
