Convicted felon allegedly fires gun into group in Adairsville
An Adairsville man was arrested Thursday night after he allegedly fired a round from a handgun into a group of people at 122 St. Elmo Circle, according to an Adairsville police news release. Kelly Sinta McConnell, 28, of 130 Howard Drive, Adairsville, was charged with six counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and discharging a firearm from a public roadway.
