A Gadsden man was killed in a wreck three miles north of Hokes Bluff, Ala. in Etowah County Friday around 2:55 a.m.
Alabama Highway Patrol released the name of 26-year-old Timothy Paul Leath, who died while traveling in his 1984 GMC truck.
According to the release from the Highway Patrol, Leath had not been wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.
