Man arrested after nail gun assault 07/04/08 By Jeff Gable / RN-T staff writer Respond to this story Email this story to a friend A Chattooga County man was arrested Thursday after allegedly attacking another man with a nail gun at a local lumber company. According to Floyd County Jail records: John Leslie Penson, 31, of 1650 Gore-Subligna Road in Summerville, was arrested after an incident Wednesday at the Storey Lumber Company on Sikes Storey Road in Armuchee. According to Floyd County Police, Penson shot another man with a nail gun, injuring his face. Penson was charged with felony aggravated assault and reckless conduct causing harm to another person.
