Two Rome men were arrested Thursday afternoon on drug and criminal trespass charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Devin Darnell Burdette, 17, of 110 Wadsworth St., and Antonio Demarcus Palmer Jr., 18, of 103 E. 11th St., were each charged with felony possession of marijuana of more than one ounce, felony possession with intent to distribute and misdemeanor criminal trespass.
The two allegedly were at a Forsyth Steet location without permission and were caught with a quantity of marijuana that was packaged for sale.
