A man was killed in a one-vehicle wreck in Cherokee County, Ala., early this morning.
According to reports from the Alabama Highway Patrol:
Rex Alan Milam, 45, of Piedmont, Ala., was killed when his 1972 Ford F100 pickup crashed about four miles north of Piedmont. His passenger, 28-year-old Melody Williamson of Spring Garden, Ala., was also injured and taken to the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
