An Alabama man who attempted to flee from police on his motorcycle remains in jail tonight on $7,200 bond, reports stated.
According to Cpl. J.E. Massingill, Georgia State Patrol Rome Post:
Brandon Kane Mitchell, 22, of 3546 Cedar Haven Court in Cedar Bluff, Ala., was arrested around 8 p.m. and charged with felony fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer and misdemeanor speeding, no Class M license, no tag, running stop signs and yield signs and reckless driving.
Mitchell was reportedly traveling 105 mph in a 55-mph-zone eastbound on Ga. 20 near Coosa High School. When Massingill attempted to pull him over for speeding, Mitchell fled by turning onto Woods and Huffaker roads.
Massingill said Mitchells rear tire began to deflate while he was on Huffaker and he finally pulled over.
