A Dallas man charged with indecent exposure was released on $1,250 bond, reports stated.
According to Rome police and Floyd County Jail reports:
Stephen Alexander Milicki, 40, of 705 St. Charles Ave., was arrested Wednesday and charged with misdemeanor public indecency.
Milicki was taken into custody by Rome police after the driver of an 18-wheeler called 911 to report his actions to police. Milicki told police that he normally drives with his pants down, reports stated.
