Antique Alley attracts people from far
Despite the weather’s efforts to dampen the outcome of shoppers along U.S. 11 Thursday, several visitors throughout the U.S. stopped in Fort Payne.
Eager to participate in her first Antique Alley trip, Donna Isbell, of Georgia, said she refused to let the rain stop her from shopping.
“That is what rain coats and rain gear are for,” Isbell said.
Plus, most of the locations where she had stopped along the way, including a vendor near Davis Chapel Church in Fort Payne, had used tents to cover their items.
