ST. MARYS, Ga. -- The Camden County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the deaths of a husband and wife in the Mush Bluff community, sheriff’s spokesman Lt. William Terrell said.
Sheriff’s deputies responding today to a 6:32 a.m. 911 call on Mush Bluff Road found the bodies of a man and woman inside a home, Terrell said.
The call was made from inside the home by a relative of the couple, Terrell said.
Deputies found the caller at the home when they arrived and arrested him, Terrell said.
Terrell said investigators had not yet determined the cause of deaths and that the bodies are still inside the house.
Mush Bluff is just outside the St. Marys City limits near Crooked River State Park.
