A Lyerly woman remains in the Floyd County Jail without bond on drug-related charges, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Nicole Renee Carnes, 25, of 6070 Ga. 114 in Lyerly, was arrested Thursday on Ga. 20 and charged with felony possession of meth and misdemeanor speeding, possession and use of drug-related objects and possession of marijuana, less than one ounce.
Carnes was reportedly pulled over for speeding, and after an officer smelled a strong marijuana odor in the vehicle, the drug, crack pipes, a straw and joints were confiscated.
