Summerville attorney Bobby Lee Cook has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Chattooga County residents Ed and Brenda Hammitt against Teresa Watson, who has a local Web site.
According to the lawsuit, filed in Floyd County Superior Court, a posting on Watson's site claimed that Ed Hammitt engaged in illegal activity.
