From Walker County Messenger Chickamauga council candidate accused of vote-buying A candidate running for the Chickamauga City Council has been accused of trying to buy votes, and the matter is now in the hands of the Georgia Secretary of States office. Steve Tarvin, who is running as a candidate in the upcoming city elections, has had two formal complaints lodged against him with the Walker County Board of Elections and Voter Registration office.
