Funeral services for Johnnie Frazier Williamson, 94, were held today at Temple & Sons Funeral Directors. Rev. Gregory McCarroll officiated.Mrs. Williamson (who was the aunt of Russell M. Perry, president of Perry Publishing & Broadcasting) died on Feb. 10.
Interment was held at Trice Hill Cemetery.
Johnnie Mae Frazier was born on Feb. 26, 1915, in Tulsa to Jessie Morris and Ben C. Frazier.
She had been a longtime member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church.
Elmer Williamson Sr., Mrs. Williamson’s husband, preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Loretta Franks; and a son, Elmer Williamson Jr.
Mrs. Williamson is also survived by five nephews; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several grand nieces and grand nephews.
