MyWebPal Invests in Your Support and Satisfaction

Early in 2003, MyWebPal began expanding our systems and technical support team. The completed team now includes a system engineer, designer, programming specialist and tech support as well as our front office team providing sales, customer service, bookkeeping and management.

Though we tasked our new tech team with completing a series of studies of our system, code and servers, they were anxious to get started with client work. They completed the final phase of the studies at the end of February 2003 and have already completed several custom projects for clients as well as taking on customer/tech support responsibilities.

Not only do I expect this to provide a much higher level of responsiveness and technical expertise, but we will now be able to provide system support 24/7. In addition, we look forward to accelerating the release of our new Version 4.0.

One result of having this new team is being able to give our clients a single point of contact. No longer will you need to guess which office to call. Now all calls, whatever the nature of the question, should be directed to our corporate office at 1-660-269-9201.

Over the next few months, watch for new online help via instant messaging with our new tech staff as well.
