The attorney for a Haddonfield Memorial High School student who challenged the school district's "24/7" policy on drug and alcohol use has claimed that the district retaliated against her by kicking her off the lacrosse team.
Superintendent of Schools Alan Fegley responded that the girl cannot play because her parents refused to sign the required permission slip.
