The members of Haddonfield American Legion Post 38 will host the 13th annual Veterans Recognition Day Program at the Middle School on Mon Nov 9 from 9:45am to approximately 2pm. Veterans and present-day soldiers are encouraged to participate in the event, which is intended to foster connections between students and those who have served our country. Veterans should report to the Middle School Auditorium at 9:30am, dressed in either a coat and tie or uniform.
The Middle School program will include an assembly and program in the Auditorium, lunch for veterans, select students, and faculty, a “White Table” Ceremony in the Cafeteria, and classroom visitation. Veterans who would like to attend can contact Tom Baird at 428-4070 or simply show up.
