McWilliams celebrate 50 years
Charles and DeDe McWilliams were married on November 12, 1954 at the First Christian Church in Cherokee, Oklahoma with Reverend William Keller officiating. Harold McWilliams was the Best Man and Jonnie Gerber was Matron of Honor.
Charles retired from Phillips Petroleum Company Pipe Line Division after thirty-two years. DeVeda (DeDe) works in the medical field and continues to work part-time at Kiowa Clinic, Kiowa, Kansas.
The couple lived in Wichita, Kansas, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and Borger, Texas, before moving back to the family farm in Burlington, Oklahoma.

Royce and Wilda (May) Flaming will celebrate their 50th
wedding anniversary Saturday, October 31. They were married at
the First Baptist Church in Corbett, Okla., October 31, 1959.
After living at Fairview and Sentinel their first 10 years,
they have made Cherokee their home.

Tommy and Alyce Ferrell are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary!
Tommy Ferrell and Alyce Miller were married Sunday, September 18, 1949, in the Driftwood Methodist Parsonage. They have lived their married years in the Kiowa area. Tom is engaged in farming and Alyce retired in 2007 after 31 years as bookkeeper at Hometown Market.
