Harding—Knous announce engagement
Randy and Alycia Harding of Alva, are pleased to announce the
engagement of their daughter, Aryka, to Philip Knous, son of
Dan and Dr. Nancy Knous of Alva.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Alva High School and is
currently a senior at Northwestern Oklahoma State University,
pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Aryka is the
granddaughter of Bud and Gerry Harding of Waukomis and Jay
Crowley of Jet and the late Jeanette Crowley.

Cox—Foster announce engagement
Shilo Cox, granddaughter of the late Vernieda Cox of Alva and Jeremy Foster, son of Theresa and Steve Foster of Kansas City, will marry on December 5th, 2009 at Screenland Theatre in Kansas City. Shilo is a 1995 graduate of Alva High School. Jeremy is a Kansas State University graduate of architecture.
The couple is active in their church, Beggars Table. They both do extensive volunteering for local projects in the Kansas City area and are activists in the Darfur Campaign and MS Society.
